Das ehemalige Fischerdorf Mui Ne an der Küste der Provinz Bình Thuận ist seit den frühen 2000er-Jahren Asiens größter Kitesurf-Hub. Während des Nordost-Monsuns bläst ein konstanter side-onshore Wind über einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand – die Hauptsaison reicht von November bis März/April.
